New layout

I worked on it all morning. It took me forever to get it the way I like it. I had to end up using HTML because I hate how the blog doesn't allow you to open a new window when you want to click on a new link. I wanted to add pictures to the headers, but I have no clue how to do that part. I tried. I guess I'm on the wrong template.
